  1. You need 3 each of Boneless chicken breasts.
  2. You need 2 cup of shredded lettuce.
  3. You need 1 cup of diced tomatoes.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of ranch dressing.
  5. You need 3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce.
  6. You need 3 cup of All purpose flour.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of garlic salt.
  8. Prepare 1 tbsp of course ground black pepper.
  9. It's 3 tbsp of Lawry's seasoning salt.
  10. You need 3 each of eggs.
  11. You need 1/2 cup of milk.
  12. It's 6 each of Large flour tortillas (any flavor).

Buffalo Chicken Wraps instructions

  1. Heat oil in medium pot to 350°.
  2. Mix flour, garlic salt, seasoning salt, and black pepper in large bowl.
  3. Cut chicken into strips.
  4. Beat eggs and milk in medium bowl.
  5. Dip chicken pieces into egg mixture.
  6. Coat chicken well in flour mixture.
  7. Deep fry chicken 2-3 strips at a time until golden brown.
  8. Meanwhile shred lettuce and dice tomatoes.
  9. Remove chicken from fryer, place on paper towel. Allow to cool to touch.
  10. Heat buffalo sauce in small saucepan just until heated through.
  11. Hand shred chicken into bite size pieces. Place into large bowl.
  12. Pour buffalo sauce over chicken. Stir until well coated.
  13. Spread ranch dressing onto tortillas. Add small amount of lettuce, tomatoes then chicken. You can add as much or little as you want. I also like to have a small side of ranch for dipping.
