- Prepare 2 of Lemongrass.
- You need 2 tsp of minced ginger.
- You need 2 tsp of minced garlic.
- Prepare 1 tsp of oyster sauce.
- It's 1 tsp of five spice.
- You need of little chilli powder/minced red hot pepper.
- It's 1/2 of Lime or lemon.
- It's 3 pcs of lemon leaves.
- Prepare 1 tsp of red sugar.
- It's 2 tsp of fish sauce.

- Main ingredients so either 8 Wings as a portion of seasonings and 1 breast chicken fillet as a portion. Since i need to chop stuff (sadly i have no blender) might as well make more.
- Rinse them out pat dry. then refer to portions just chopped or blender all seasonings and mix well with the 8 chicken wings. Marinate for at least 6 hours in fridge or best leave it overnight..

- When cooking shallow oil, Mid high heat. throw in the Chicken and sear it for 2 mins on one side until slightly golden brown..
- Flip them over Changed to MID HEAT, and sear them for another 3 mins. Flip them from time to time so it wont burn until chicken are cooked. Within 10mins should be cooked..
